Brand · Marketing · Sales, one platform

Stop counting leads.
Start counting customers.

More leads won't grow your sales, but a solid system with better-equipped salespeople will.

Most reporting stops at the click. Mana puts every enquiry in your rep's hand within seconds, ready to quote and close, then traces it to the invoice it became. You know exactly which rand of adspend made money.

–Strategy / Brand / Growth

The person on the call is the person who builds it.

I built Mana for four South African businesses I was already working with, because nothing on the market fitted the way they sell.

Real conversations.
Real outcomes.

01  Where the money goes

The orders you lose are the ones you never hear about.

A lost quote leaves no record anywhere in your business. No report shows it, nobody writes it down, and the customer goes quiet and buys somewhere else.

That's revenue gone, and you don't even know it happened.

See how Mana fixes this
Unread enquiries. Leads that never get a response.
Lost quotes. Opportunities that disappear.
No follow-up. Interested prospects go cold.
Revenue gone. And you never even know it.

02 — The six leaks

Six leaks, and all six turn up in nearly every business this size.

Different forms. Same outcome. Revenue lost.

Small leaks
Big impact
Over time

01

Buyers can't find what you sell

Your range sits behind a download link where search engines struggle to reach it, along with the specifications that would have answered the question.

The cost Over a thousand searches a month for products you stock, landing on somebody else’s page.

02

The enquiry waits in an inbox

A customer emails Tuesday afternoon. Somebody opens it Thursday. By then he's holding quotes from two other suppliers and has started comparing them.

The cost One lost enquiry a month, on an average invoice of R180 000, is R2,16 million a year.

03

Reps quote off whatever they've got

One works from the current list, one from a printout, one from memory. Nobody notices until the invoice is raised and the customer produces the quote you gave him.

The cost Margin, given away quietly, on orders nobody flags.

04

Everything lives in somebody's head

Each rep runs his accounts his own way, in his own inbox. Finding out where a deal stands means phoning him. When he leaves, his history and half his relationships go with him.

The cost A pipeline nobody can see, and a handover that takes months.

05

You can't connect advertising to orders

You know your monthly spend to the rand. Nobody can name the campaign that produced last quarter's biggest order.

The cost Every rand of budget placed on a guess.

06

The business looks smaller than it is

Thirty years of reputation, and a website that loads in four seconds and looks like a template. It's the first thing a new buyer sees of you.

The cost Losing to suppliers you'd beat on product every time.

03 — One platform

Grow your brand

A professional online presence without the headache.

Run smarter campaigns

Digital and offline, with clear ROI.

Empower your team

Give reps the tools to quote and close faster.

Stay in control

One source of truth across products, prices and branches.

04 — How it fits together

It starts before the first ad.

We work out why a buyer should choose you over the supplier he already uses, and build that into everything your team sends. The website, the product range, the price list, the quote, the follow-up. Your salespeople stop improvising and sell the same company every time.

Then the marketing runs, and the system shows you what each enquiry was worth. Not how many filled in a form.

How many became customers, and what they paid.

Step 01

Your products get found

A thousand stock codes stop sitting in a PDF and become pages buyers can search.

Step 02

The enquiry reaches your rep in seconds

Where it came from, what they asked and which company they are, on his phone before the buyer calls a competitor.

Step 03

A quote in your brand, ready to send

Your products, prices and messaging already loaded. Reps stop rebuilding quotes and start sending them.

Step 04

Every rand traced to a customer

From the advert that caused the enquiry to the invoice it became. Your budget goes where the customers come from.

Each step works because the one before it is already in place.

05 — Brand and website

One brand, running through everything you send.

Your website, your product pages, your price lists, your quotes, your invoices and your email all read from one definition. Change something once and it moves everywhere.

There's no page builder and no colour picker, which is what stops it drifting. Your team edits words and order. Nobody can publish something that looks like a different company.

Fast, because it's built rather than assembled

Pages are generated ahead of time and served from an edge node near the buyer, including Johannesburg. Under a second, on a phone, on a bad connection at a customer's site.

Built for search, not retrofitted for it

Structured data, sitemaps and metadata handled as part of the build. Your range indexed, and your specifications readable.

Sales journeys you design

Different paths for a first-time enquiry, a returning account and a large tender. The buyer gets what suits him rather than the same contact form.

The website and product range in detail

06 — Products, prices and branches

Every quote pulls from the same place.

One source.
Everywhere.

Your stock export goes in. Products, stock codes and price lists stay as three separate things, which is what lets the public pages rank while your reps still quote properly.

Mana lines your file up against what's live, shows you what moved, and publishes once you've approved it. The quote a rep sends today cannot disagree with the price list, because both read the same record.

Margins and floors, set once

Adjust margins across a range, and set the discount limit a rep can go to without asking. A quote below the floor needs approval before it leaves, so the conversation happens before the customer sees the number.

You decide what the public sees

Part numbers and specifications public. Prices behind a login. Cost prices restricted at field level, not hidden on a screen.

Price lists that stay current

Versioned, dated, per customer. Trade, dealer, one negotiated schedule for a single large account. Publishing a new version takes the old one out of circulation.

Multi-branch

Branch-level stock and pricing, reps assigned to branches, and reporting that keeps Nelspruit separate from Middelburg while still rolling up.

07 — Your sales team

It works in the bakkie, on the farm, with one bar of signal.

Every rep gets the app, included, with no charge per person. New enquiries land there within seconds, with the source, the company and what they asked for.

The pipeline moves in taps — stage, note, next action. Twenty minutes to learn, which is all he'll give you.

You see the whole business. Everyone else sees their part.

10 — Where your money went

Your advertising never learns from your biggest deals.

Google Ads improves by being told which clicks turned into paying customers. It then goes looking for more people like them. Tell it nothing and it guesses.

Deals in your field take five or six months, so your largest orders never reach the platform at all.

A stronger system every day

11 — The part that isn't software

The system is half of it. The thinking underneath is the other half.

You can buy software. There's plenty about, and some of it is very good. What nobody sells you is the set of decisions underneath it.

What your business stands for. Who you want as a customer and who you'd rather turn down. Which products go public and which stay in the trade list. What a good enquiry looks like, written precisely enough that software can apply it every time.

Software companies leave that thinking to you. Agencies do the thinking and leave the tools to somebody else. Joining the two lands on your desk, and it's the job nobody quoted you for.

I do that part first. Four sessions, an hour each, one per engine. Then I build it, load your range, set your rules and train your team on a system that's already configured for how you sell.

Session 01

You're not buying software and hoping. You're buying a working setup and the twelve years that went into deciding what it should do.

Four sessions.
Then it is built.

13 — What you get

Everything below is in it.

Every line is something a business your size ends up buying from somebody. The middle column is roughly what it costs bought separately, in the market, today.

Nobody sells all of it, which is why it arrives as six invoices from five suppliers and a joining-up job that lands on your desk.

Who it's for

This suits some businesses and not others.

We work best with founder-led businesses that are ready to grow with clarity, strategy and a real plan. If that's you, you're in the right place.

It suits you if You're a good fit. This is designed for businesses like yours.
You sell to other businesses by quote rather than through a cart
A typical order is R50 000 or more
You carry a real range with stock codes
Your sales cycle runs in weeks or months
You've got between five and eighty people
It doesn't suit you if Probably not the right fit. This may not be for you, and that's okay.
You sell online at volume and low prices, where an ordinary ecommerce platform will serve you better and I'll say so on the call
You want a page builder and full control of the design, because there isn't one
You want your books done. Mana stops at the quote and the invoice
You're looking for the cheapest option on the market

16 — The questions people ask

The six things people ask before they book the call.

Straight answers, in the same words I would use on the call.

01

“We already have a website and a CRM.”

Most businesses I speak to do. What matters is what they were built for. Most business software treats a person as the main record and the company as a detail, which makes it impossible to work out what an account is really worth over time. Most of it drops new business and repeat orders into the same figures. Most of it stops counting before a deal in your industry has closed.

02

“My reps will never use it.”

That's the right thing to worry about, and it's why the last one failed. That system lived on a desktop in the office, and your reps don't. Every rep gets the app, it works offline, and replies go from his own email address. Twenty minutes and he's using it.

03

“What about our accounting system?”

Mana issues the documents a sale produces and moves the stock those documents move. No chart of accounts, no journals, no VAT201, no bank reconciliation. Your books stay with your accountant, and nothing here writes back to them.

04

“How do our products get in there?”

You send the export your accounting system already makes. I import it, show you what changed, and you approve it before anything goes live. Your cost prices never leave.

05

“Can't I just buy the software and set it up myself?”

You could, and some people should. What you'd be taking on is the part that takes longest, which is deciding what the system should do. That's where the twelve years goes.

06

“You're one person. What if something happens to you?”

Fair question when you're moving your range and your sales history. Your data belongs to you and exports at any time. The system runs on managed infrastructure that doesn't need me present to stay up. Every decision in the build is written down with its reasoning, so another engineer picks it up rather than starting again. How it's built

I set up every account myself, which caps me at about two new businesses a month. If the fit is right and the timing is wrong, I'll tell you when the next slot is rather than rush yours.
